You are invited to an intimate cocktail-making session with master mixologist Carl Brown, the creator of Dishoom’s vintage Bombay-inspired tipples.
Carl will lead you through the mixing of 3 fantastic cocktails – using his own special recipes. You’ll learn to make our East India Gimlet, Chilli Pomegranate Martini and Chaijito - then enjoy your creations along with tasty Bombay snacks and nibbles.
