Windmills Craftworks isn't your ordinary microbrewery. The fact that it brews its own craft beer is probably the only thing it shares with its Bangalore brewing brethren. While other pubs and microbreweries feature greasy snacks, cricket on TV, and sing-a-long rock anthems, Windmills Craftworks have decided to take things in a slightly different direction. Here, you'll find a focus on food (pork belly and chatpata paneer tikka, anyone?), cozy lounge-like seating, and probably its biggest draw - a stage dedicated to live jazz on weekends.
Windmills Craftworks is obviously targeting a crowd that's willing to pay premium prices for a premium experience. Entry can be a bit steep (usually ranges from Rs. 500 - 750) but we think it's worth it given the quality of food, beers, and music that are featured within the venue's four walls.
Meeting point: At the main entrance. To get there, ask your rickshaw driver to take you to Road #5 in Whitefield.
Leaders, the Windmills turn everyday from 12 to 11:30pm. Happy hours are all day Monday and then 12pm to 7pm Tuesday to Friday. Booking a table on weekends is highly recommended, so if you're leading this Trabblr event...pick up that phone!
